Tech Lead	The anticipated tech lead for this project (typically the author of this document).

A more detailed description of the project proposal including : * What is the Technology? * Where is it applicable? * Who will use it?

If we don’t do this, what are the risks to the business? * If we do nothing, this will happen... * If we do nothing, this will happen...

Be clear about the scope of the proposal - what is in and out of scope.

Describe the delivery phases

Which delivery phases are included in this project proposal

What has been done already, what needs to happen next

Please pay close attention to this section.

You will need to specify KPIs that measure some aspect of the return on investment.

KPIs must always be measurable and time-bound.

In the first few months, how will you measure the success of this Technology.

The first KPI should always be on adoption - i.e. what commitment do you make that people will actually use it?

How will we know that we are getting value for money from this Technology
